« Lovely, intimate beach cottage in Rehoboth. We stayed with our teenage son for a few nights after traveling for a tour of University of Delaware. All in all the cottage was perfect for our needs. Just a few small things we noticed, the cleaning team forgot to put away a cleaning bucket and we found two empty White Claw cans in the bedroom closet behind the beach towels but otherwise the home was spotless and neither of which affected our experience. « This was the first time we stayed at this location and the kids are already talking about a return trip! The property was very neat and clean when we arrived. Check in was easy for us. There’s plenty of space for the family to spread out! Kitchen is well maintained and stocked with some essentials. We loved the location close to the front pool and shuffle board and Pickleball! Josie let us use chairs and pool noodles which was awesome! Josie was an amazing host! »

There were 16 family members(age 8 to 74) in our group and I never once heard complaints of being bored The property is beautifully maintained, spacious, perfect for social interaction and still allows alone time for those that need it.
