Enjoy tranquil water views from the expansive deck overlooking the marina, a quiet community pool and easy access to the beaches and island activities right from home in this private villa. The main level features an open layout with a living area and designated dining space. The living room features a vaulted ceiling and double story windows with an abundance of natural light and stunning sunset views. Sit back and relax on the large sectional sofa with stunning marina views and a flatscreen TV. Just off the living room is the dining area with plenty of space to seat six. Enjoy picturesque sunset views over the water from the towering windows as you eat. The kitchen features modern cabinetry, granite countertops and island bar seating! Step outside the kitchen through glass sliding doors and onto the covered deck with an outdoor dining area, perfect for early morning coffee and family dinners! Beyond the kitchen is a half bath for convenient access and a bedroom. This first bedroom features a queen size bed, en-suite full bathroom, high-end designer furnishings, and large windows. The upper level features an open loft space overlooking the living room and double story windows with a desk and sofa seating. An ideal spot to relax and take in the view!
