It was very roomy and the 9 of us had plenty of room to spread out. The game room was a big hit with the 12 year old and the kayaks, pedal boat and hot tub were enjoyed by all! A few recommendations: 1) Advise renters to check the tide schedule before swimming or taking the pedal board and kayaks out as there are extensive mud flats as the tide goes out. 2) A 12 cup coffee maker would have been nice since we had multiple coffee drinkers. ##### Wayne W.
