"From the moment I made my first phone call about the airport shuttle I was greeted with friendliness and a willingness to help. The staff stored our luggage when we arrived at the hotel early, dropped us off at the closest light rail station (which is an easy, approximately 8 minute walk), and let us know what to do to buy tickets. Breakfast was good and plentiful and the staff even came by our table to pick up trash and serve coffee (I've never seen that at a Best Western before!). The airport shuttle on the last day was easy to schedule and the drivers, to an from, were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Seattle. Thanks so much!"

"Close to the airport! They offer a 24 hour shuttle service to the airport! They were super nice! We did struggle with turning on the water in the shower but the staff came up and showed us how! The shuttle driver was very nice, loaded our bags, and was a very safe driver."
