"Close to wineries and tasting rooms"
My husband and I enjoy wine and have been wanting to visit the Willows Lodge after discovering online. After some recent business in Seattle we decided to give it a try...wish we had planned more than one night! The Lodge is beautiful and the service is excellent! Close to wineries and tasting rooms. We plan on visiting again soon!

"Most convenient in the heart of Seattle"
We were greeted with very friendly staff and the drivers for the hotel were so helpful and so nice. They drove us anywhere within the 2 mile radius and then would also pick us up! The stay at this hotel really made our visit to Seattle the best trip ever.

"Nice Hotel, staff is overwhelmed "
The hotel was is very clean and the rooms are incredibly nice with excellent facilities as you get access to the Bellevue club. With that said, know that there is rarely someone at the desk when you need something. You need to go to the athletic club check-in to get any question answered. For example I asked if I could get a late check-out and I was told to go back to my room and wait for a call as the attendant was more interested in talking to some of her friends at the desk. I never got a call back. When checking out(no extended check-out), the only option for my bill was to receive an email(which I never got), the staff was to busy to figure out how to get a bill printed. I was really hoping for a good experience as I an in Bellevue about 8 times a year.

"conference"
Pro: The room was clean, nice and adequate. What was important to us was to have the added breakfast and it was adequate. No hot buffet but it worked. Loved the waffles, yogurt, tea and coffee and fruit. The staff was courteous and helpful. Con: A bit noisy, next to a busy street but tolerable. The towels were a bit rough but I could appreciate the clean clorox smell they had. All in all a nice stay for what we went for. The cookies and coffee/tea in the lobby was nice too.

"Nice hotel, secluded for the Seattle area"
Going to the Seattle area, I was not looking for something that would have a crowded feel. I also needed to know that I would have parking for my truck. This hotel is right along i-90 so it is easy to find, yet on a dead-end side road which allows one to feel that they are outside the busy hustle of the area. The hotel is right next to a large Christian church and has a pretty good outdoor parking lot that my truck fit in pretty well. The rooms are pretty large and even have a dishwasher and stovetop!

"Beautiful"
We stayed at the Hyatt because the Long Tall Sally pop up shop was there on Saturday. Service was very friendly and helpful, room was beautiful. Would be really nice if the valet parking was included in room price. We would also find it helpful to have a short list of close by restaurants.

"Arty convention center hotel with comfy beds"
I wasn't impressed when I checked in. I was annoyed to have to pay $16 for self-parking ($20 for valet), I had to wait a good 15 minutes at the front desk to check in, and the whole lobby smells like cheap cologne, intentionally. When I tried to order room service for 6:00 am the next morning, which the menu claims is an option, they told me the first trays are delivered between 6:15 and 6:30. I had to leave by 6:30, so no breakfast for me. One of my lightbulbs was burned out, and two of the seven pieces of exercise equipment (both treadmills) in the fitness center were out of order. They saw my initial negative review and apologized, but didn't so much as change the lightbulb. Luckily the hotel grew on me over the two nights I was there. The beds are very comfortable and the food is excellent. The bar is a lovely place to hang out, with lots of comfortable seating and a very cool fireplace. Room service on my second morning was a treat, with excellent food and coffee. I am staying there again next week, so I clearly didn't hate it.
