"Staff was friendly but disliked the extra information that had to be entered on the IPad. It added an extra unnecessary step. I had pre booked the room. The grounds were nice but this hotel has a lot of construction/ outdoor workers apparently stay here so there was clumps of dirt from the front door to the front desk and lobby area then upstairs off of the elevator. The hotel can’t clean constantly I know but it was just off putting"

"There was a pool, but it was dry. There was no water. There was no breakfast served of any kind just coffee and tea from what I understand. The room was very clean. The air conditioner worked very well and surprisingly, even though it was close to the interstate and there was a truckstop in the back it was very quiet and I didn’t have any problem sleeping. The staff were very, very nice. You can’t go into the office and check in. They have a little window when you walk to check-in, but even though it was seamless and they were very pleasant to deal with."

"Property was very beautiful and atmospheric. Sounds of farm animals and owls with dew drops in the morning. Woke up to delicious muffins for breakfast and coffee. This is a great place to take your significant other if they enjoy the small simple things. My only suggestion is illuminating the guest parking sign for night arrivals, I didn’t see the sign till the morning. And making the window covers easier to find and identify, we didn’t notice them till the morning and the outdoor lights were very bright, but that was on us. Overall. We would definitely come back.Visit the zoo-fari that’s about 20 minutes away, it’s a nice little gem off the highway."

"Great property with a ton of space for a large group. Large, open areas for gathering and a gorgeous lake view. Host was very responsive to any issues we encountered and dealt with them quickly. Would highly recommend this beautiful property!"
