one of the things that drew me to your property is the fact that you had a hoyer lift to help get my husband from his wheelchair into the pool. Problem is that the young lady working the front desk didn't know how to operate it. So I believe that your staff needs training. She kept telling me that when I checked in the pool is busy and it's quieter at 9am and I believe she was trying to not have to call her manager to ask how to work it.
