"Waited 6 hours for a room that I had to go 3 times to speak to the front desk as to why. There reasoning is housekeeping. How so? I should hv been reimbursed for the first night stay. Literally got my room almost 8pm from a 230 check in, "

"The staff were really nice but the hotel is dated. There were a couple of areas in my room that was not cleaned properly. The view from my room was excellent. My husband and I only stayed for one night but it was convenient and close to the Premium Outlets. Overall the hotel is fair and I properly will stay their again. "

"The couch bed had a giant stain and no blankets or sheets for the couch bed it wa ms impossible to have sexy times with the bed like that the balcony chairs was dirty the kitchen was ok but there was no dust pan but there was 3 brooms"
