"The apartment is located on the edge of Johanisberg allowing easy access for walks in the surrounding vineyard. Many restaurants are in easy walking distance including the 2 restaurants at the Burg Schwarzenstein. The apartment is very clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is very pleasant to sit on in and enjoy the view. If it is too cold there is a large window which you can look out from the dining area. "

"This was our first time visiting Germany and the house was as pictured. Our family of 8 fit comfortably. We had to ask for a few appliances that were listed in description (toaster and microwave) and the host responded promptly and dropped off the requested items. We ate a the local pizza place and it was delicious. We were close enough to multiple bigger cities and enjoyed those as well (Frankfurt, Cologne, Ramstein, Bad Kreuznach, Kaiserslautern). "I arrived late, but I had received a message that the key was placed in a coded key box, so entry was straightforward. My room and bath was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The shower has excellent pressure. The breakfast selection is very good with plenty of choice of different foods, juices, yogurts and different types of freshly prepared eggs were offered. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. In summary, a very good stay and at a very reasonable price."
