« I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but apparently that’s not part of the hotel’s policy. « Stayed on the 3rd floor and the noise from the meeting/ reception rooms on 2nd floor was loud enough that it sounded as if it was outside our window. Toilet in the room ran constantly and needs a new flapper to flush properly. »

« Overall everything was great. The staff was super helpful and friendly. They accommodated us last minute for an extra night stay. The only complaint I would have that makes my rating a 4 star would be the bathroom. The toilet was ridiculously low. My son is 6’5 and my husband is 6’2, even for me it wasn’t very uncomfortable. The shower pressure wasn’t very good either, it could use some updating. But over all I would stay here again. »

« The Comfort Inn & Suites Pottstown Eastern Gateway was, overall, on the high side of “okay” for my stay. The basic necessities were acceptable, the bed was clean and comfortable enough to sleep in, and the essential utilities in the room worked properly. However, there were some noticeable cleanliness issues. The elevators were in need of cleaning, and the tabletops and other furniture surfaces in the room had visible residue and spotting that appeared to be from surfaces not being wiped down...
