« Vi hade bokat en juniorsvit i den äldre byggnaden med fyra sängar. När vi checkade in var dock två av sängarna inte bäddade, och täcken samt kuddar saknades. Rummet vi skulle ha var riktigt charmigt och mysigt, men det bästa var hur snabbt och proffsigt personalen löste situationen – vi blev till och med uppgraderade till deras fantastiska svit i den nya byggnaden! Svitens utsikt över Elbe var magisk, och rummet var både fräscht, mysigt och mycket fint inrett. Frukosten var en riktig höjdpunkt...

Dieses Hotel wird allerdings häufig für feierliche Anlässe gebucht, z.B. Hochzeiten mit entsprechendem Publikumsverkehr und dieses Mal mit krachendem Feuerwerk, dass einen fast aus dem Sessel fallen liess. »

« Wir waren für eine Nacht im Hotel Heidpark. Wir wurden super nett begrüßt. Auch die Zimmer sind super groß und sauber. Das bestellte Kinderbett stand mit süßer Kinderbettwäsche aufgestellt in unserem Zimmer. Wir waren rundherum mit dem Hotel zufrieden! Gerne wieder! »

"Nous avons été surclassé dans une suite. le terme suite est peut-être exagéré quand il n'y a qu'une seule pièce. Des amis avaient une chambre "classique" mais ont trouvé cette chambre assez ordinaire voire vieillotte. Ce qui est sûr c'est qu'il s'agit d'un très bel emplacement et que le petit-déjeuner est à tomber..."

"Perfect location in the city center. Excellent breakfast with a view of the river. We had a comfort double room, but it had a small window. Rooms on the first and second floors have large windows, offering a better view of the river. The room was decent, but the windows were very dirty. There is no reception in the morning. No help or advice available if needed"
