« Disappointed in the lack of accessible features even the front door's button to access the door coming and going didn't work and for people already struggling with bags trying to hold the door and bring bags in a struggle let alone a handicapable person.
Breakfast was okay towels were refreshed but beds not made seemed bare minimum in many places. »

« There is no elevator in this hotel and it’s not listed they don’t have one. I had elderly people that had a rough time with the steps with me and they were fully booked so they couldn’t put us on the lower level. »

« This was by far one of the best experiences I have ever had! I love the fact that you don’t need to bring anything like seriously anything besides clothes and food because they provide it all! The cabins are pretty far from each other, and scenery is 100% recommended. I feel in love, will definitely be coming back. »
