Poor service (not at all welcoming, no meal in restaurant "because you're only here for one night"). Breakfast very poor quality and value. Whole stay overpriced for what one got!

Great hotel with lovely staff. Easy for bus transport and parking a car. Quiet location but very scenic. Hotel is problematic for people who have mobility problems due to steps and stairs. We loved being in this beautiful area of Scalloway.

A quiet, clean hotel on the waterfront in Scalloway. The staff were pleasant and attentive, and answered our questions about the area. The hotel has a good restaurant on prem, with a good, varied menu. There is a convenience store a few steps away that carries various food and drink, as well. No downsides to staying here. I recommend it.
