In front of the hotel is the boat that goes to Nawi Island. Behind is the hot springs. Nice balcony where you can sit and look at the water and watch the tourist boat go back and forth. 24 hour security.

Poor air conditioning. Water was condensing inside thus making the floor wet. The AC could not cool the room. I couldn’t spend the nite. Moved to hotel nearby.

My stay was rather disappointing. The mattress has springs and I could feel every one of them. There is a fridge next to the bed with ONE power point behind it. In order to use the kettle which had to be placed on the floor as the cord wasn’t long enough i had to unplug the fridge. I wanted my phone next to me charging subsequently I could use neither fridge nor kettle. There is tea and coffee but nothing to stir it with. The pillows have bits of foam in them and one smelled of dog etc. etc. All in all extremely disappointing considering the amount of money I paid.

Not value for money but friendly.
Older building. Nice staff. They have flashing lights all over the building until 9pm at night. The problem was it was right outside my room, so very distracting even with the heavy curtains on the windows. No lift so difficult with heavy luggage to go upstairs. No one made bed or cleaned room and I saw no chambermaid. When I asked why they told me that I had spoken with the cleaner and said I didnt want it cleaned. A total lie. They did clean it after.

Cheap and cheerful centrally located property in Savusavu. Room was clean and tidy, well lit with ensuite bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities, balcony and limited entry after 11pm. Access to the property is via a set of stairs (no elevator) with parking right out the front. Suggestion: no one was in the office to check us (5x rooms) in at 3pm or check us out the following day at 9am, at least train your HK staff to do this for you. They were very helpful during our stay and worked very hard to make us feel welcome, please pass on our gratitude to them.

Not what was advertised
We showed up to the hotel and they didn’t have a room for us so they said we could stay in bunk beds in another mans room. We said we’d need a private room like we booked and waited in the lobby for two hours for another different hotel room. We ended up getting another room in a different hotel. There is no private bathroom or shower like was advertised and paid for. Then after the first night we had to repack everything to move to another room that had very bad WiFi to non existent WiFi and a large family next to us and across from us with a crying baby all day and night. They were the owners of the hotel who had an entire large family living there with a new screaming baby. There was a puddle of stagnant water on our porch with algae growing in it and most likely mosquitos larvae. Management came into our room unannounced multiple times, we had construction going on with power saws at 8am. We had to pay the neighboring hotel to cook our food because there was no microwave, cookware, and dishwater in our room like advertised. We had someone try and break into our room while we were in it. The person next to us made sex sounds all night one night. It’s been a horrendous experience and they shouldn’t be aloud to treat guests the way we’ve been treated. I want to file a formal complaint against the hotel and ask they be shut down from doing business until they are fit to have guests stay in the hotel.
