"I've loved the sweet little cabin I stayed in with my dog. Loved having a fully equipped kitchen after motel stays elsewhere. The staff and owners were welcoming and accommodating when I needed to prolong my stay. The place is imbued with the history of a late 1800's mining town while being close to hikes out of the Steamboat Lake Visitor Center. Awesome landscapes and mountains. Highly recommend."

"We absolutely loved our stay at the cabins!! The cabins are so charming and ours had everything we needed. Also, the bathrooms were incredibly clean. The location is amazing and we felt like we were in a real life snow globe the whole time. Definitely would recommend staying here and we’ll likely be back!!"

"This was a great overflow option as the place we normally stay (The Outpost) for our annual snowmobile trip was booked. The rustic cabins were just that and worked great for what we needed. The shower house & restrooms were very clean and nice. Great experience and we'll be back again!"

"Really enjoyed the place - nice, clean - very cool look in the winter. Heat works well. Has a nice lot for snowmobile trailer parking. Can access all the mountains from the trail directly across the street. Honestly the place is great. ***I think in today's day and age it should be known there is no cell service and/or wifi. No TV. You are completely disconnected. This would be awesome with my wife on a trip but when your with your buddies away from your family sometime's isn't the most ideal."

"This is a well equipped cabin with a full nice kitchen. Location is great. quite secluded. there is a lake just next to the property and 15 minutes to Steamboat lake. surrounding area is beautiful."
