Boasting freshly updated design and décor, new TV’s throughout, and a fully appointed kitchen, the condo is the perfect downtown escape to relax and unwind after a day full of adventure in Savannah. Close to Chippewa Square, minutes to Forsyth Park, and 19 minutes to SAV International Airport. SVR-01977 The Space: Tucked away in the historic YWCA building the condo provides you with a sleek industrial-inspired design and décor that is fun, relaxing, and comfortable. Enter the condo using your key code and keypad and step right into the main living space. Your eyes will be immediately drawn up to the high ceiling featuring remarkable exposed industrial-grade wood trusses. Here you will find comfortable tufted furniture, a flared desk, and a brand-new TV with Hulu+. At the back of the living room step through beautiful French doors to enter the main ensuite featuring a brand-new platform king bed with crisp linens and plush pillows. Exposed beams, raised ceilings, and sleek end tables create a comfortable and unique space that is accentuated by the natural light pouring in from the large windows. A private bathroom is connected to the main suite featuring a shower/tub combination, single vanity, fresh towels, body wash, and shampoo. The living space flows directly into a large kitchen boasting custom stainless-steel cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a raised center island with seating for four, and a dining table for four. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to cook including cooking utensils, a knife set, pots and pans, and small appliances including a coffee maker and toaster. Off the side of the kitchen is the second bedroom and bathroom along with an in-unit stackable washer and dryer. In the bedroom enjoy high ceilings and large windows filling the room with natural light. The bedroom features a queen mattress with comfortable linens and soft pillows. The Neighborhood: The loft is perfectly located to enjoy all that Savannah has to offer. Just around the corner from Chippewa Square, a 17-minute walk to Forsyth Park, and just an 11-minute walk to the River Front you will find yourself in the heart of it all. It is an old house that has been redone and it is fabulous. There is everything you need to be comfortable. The beds and the pillows were very comfortable. We fell in love with Savannah many years ago and it has become a favorite destination for our girls. On this trip in addition to the photo shoot, we were able to make a lot of great memories. This condo is in a historical building and our unit had been updated, beautiful in addition to being comfortable. While the adults were experiencing history, the girls were shopping, dining and enjoying the condo. The unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 nice bathrooms, a wonderful kitchen and open floor plan that we loved. The location is great and just a short walk from everything we wanted to experience. We parked our car on arrival and never needed it until we left. Could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Water in the primary shower was scalding hot, the jetted tub didn’t work and the power went out. We asked if there was a chance for a couple of fans for noise and being used to sleeping with fans. I was told one was in a closet. It was not. I asked again after a text from the host and the only reply was “let me get back to you” never did. I also mentioned the Keurig portion of the coffee pot did not work and one filter for the other side. We had a group of people outside the first night that were extremely loud and being single pane windows it sounded like they were in our apartment. Most places we searched had noise machines and this place does not. Alot of traffic noises and many busses. We also had to vacuum because there was hair on all of the floors. You could tell the floors had not been done. Besides all of that our stay was nice, the pictures are correct and the location was perfect. Plenty spacious for my family of 3\. Beds were very comfortable (on the firmer side which we like), clean, and the unit had everything we needed. It's in a great location really within walking distance of the many Savannah attractions. The owners are responsive and with great communication. It is located on a main street so expect a bit of road noise at night, we brought a sound machine which helped. The building is very quiet and we never heard neighbors. While the unit is updated the building itself is on the older side and could stand to be freshened up but it is clean. The outdoor court yard not really too inviting. But overall a great stay, highly recommend without hesitation! ##### Amy C.
