Location was close to downtown restaurants and entertainment. Management checked in on us to see if there were any problems the next day. Couple of things to note, there was only one parking space for this property but there is parking on the street and a parking garage just two blocks away for additional cost. Within walking distance to everything including a coffee shop across the street. Beds were comfortable. The rest was bare bones and felt like we weren’t really welcomed. The first page of the welcome book made it a point to tell you that you will get evicted if you deviate from rules. Other rentals have nice touches like free coffee or more than one paper towel roll, this rental was bare bones when it came to that. Each year we take our 3 kids and their friends to Savannah and this house is perfect. Great size kitchen for cooking meals, walking distance to River Street and a short drive to the beach. We stayed for three nights and never had to use our car once. Everything is within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the coffee shop on the corner. The house is perfect for a larger group.
