Staff was not responsive to issues. When first entering room we found a machine running in order to dry carpets alongg with a power tool. After reentering room from dinner around 10 pm we found there was no shower curtain. How could this happen? Complained to desk next am only to be told they will let Management know.

Great location, everyone was so nice. The only issue was one of the elevators were down. That was a little bit of an issue. Other than that everything was great. Good breakfast.

It was a beautiful historic building convenient to many restaurants and shops. Friendly staff and clean however only one elevator was working during our stay so we had to either wait or walk up and down steps .

My room was very clean, comfortable, quiet and nicely updated. The employees were all extremely friendly and the location was perfect to be able to walk everywhere.

One of the elevators was out of service. There were times we waited 10-15 minutes for an elevator to get to/from the 6th floor. Our shampoo was out the first day; no staff to bring us more. We had to go down to get it. We booked our stay through Expedia; when our flight was delayed, we still had to pay for our rooms. Good, clean hotel; staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.
