Very clean. Comfy beds but I am petite & had trouble getting on the queen size bed. It seems like an older home with nice updates. Had trouble viewing channels, Andrea tried helping us but we figured out how to view using our own Direct Tv account, she was quick to respond. We were there for state competition at Forest City Gun Club & it was an easy 15minute drive. The neighborhood was quiet. ##### Christy r. Doesn’t make you feel like you’re in a safe neighborhood. While there are some house on the same street, your butted up to these businesses. Some of the houses around have boarded up windows. The furniture in 2 of the bedrooms are too big, making it impossible to fully open doors. The remote light switches cause problems because when you use one, it also effects the other rooms. The bathroom has a very tiny sink with no space to set anything on it. I appreciate all the small things you did, but I wouldn’t stay at this property again. ##### Kristen L. Having only one bathroom did make things a little backed up, but that's of course of no issue with the host and more a word of caution to any looking to bring more than a few people.
