The home recently underwent a full renovation bringing all the features of the home into the 21st century. Step inside the residence and immediately notice the beautiful original hardwood floors, classic window trimming, and original crown molding. Ten-foot ceilings with oversize windows pour light into every room and with the open concept between the living room and kitchen, this 1200 sq ft. flat feels spacious and welcoming. In the living room enjoy an oversized sleeper sofa and chairs along with a smart TV ready to stream your favorite shows. Stylish features create a relaxing and comfortable feel throughout, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. Continue along the open space into the fully renovated kitchen. Custom cabinets, granite countertops, and brand-new appliances are accompanied by all the pots, pans, knives, and utensils you need to cook complete meals during your stay. Additionally, find small appliances like a coffee maker, toaster, and blender (Coffee provided). Directly off the kitchen find a small dining table, set for four guests. Getting Around: There's a FREE shuttle that picks up just down the block walking towards Bay street. This is a free "trolley" style bus that circles around the Historic District and stops at a lot of attractions. Additionally, there is The Downtowner which is a City-ran "uber" just download the app and they will pick you up for free! Aside from that, we recommend using Uber/Lyft to get where you need. If you find free parking near the apartment, stay there! You can walk to just about anything in the City! :) Other Things to Note: This is one side of a duplex house, please be respectful of your neighbors. Absolutely no parties. No animals of any kind allowed on the property. Only the number of guests listed on the reservation is permitted at the property. No illicit activities, peddling, or soliciting are allowed on the property. Do not smoke on the property or near the home. Clean up all smoke butts. Must be 21 years of age to drink alcohol. It truly is a convenient walk to everything. River street is 2 blocks away and the Pirates House restaurant is literally on the other side of the street. Parking was right outside so you are always close to your car (go get a city wide parking pass it's much cheaper than the meter). Everything else was fine. We were near everything. There are a few steep steps to have to walk up in order to enter this home but I was able to do it! Chase responded quickly to any questions we had. Check in and out was easy! The bed was co comfortable that we got enough rest to be able to explore the city like we wanted. I highly recommend taking the trolley tour around one full day because you can hop on hop off all day until 5pm if you pay for the all day tour. We definitely look forward to staying here again. We were able to park right beside the house and we never moved the car. We walked everywhere we wanted to go. The house was immaculately clean. Products used were plentiful and high quality. The flat was clean and as described. It had everything we needed and was in a very good location. We found parking right outside the property which made loading and unloading easy.
