Furnished with great attention to detail, the accommodation is accessed via an outdoor staircase that leads to the covered garden lounge. After a day of skiing or hiking, fully unwind in the infrared sauna. Luxury and privacy! The Hochötz-Kühtai ski area is just 4 km away and scores points with its family-friendliness. It offers services such as a ski school, children's courses, WIDI's Children's Club and an indoor kindergarten. In summer, the area is an ideal starting point for beautiful walks, most of which start right at the house. The popular Piburger See is just under 4 km away. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Lage ist perfekt, ein idealer Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern oder Radfahren und genießen Sie die schöne Umgebung. Die Aussicht und die Umgebung sind atemberaubend schön. Was uns auch auffiel, war, wie ordentlich und gut gepflegt alles war, mit mehr als genug Stauraum für all unsere Sachen. Auch der Stauraum für die Fahrräder war hervorragend, was für uns Fahrradliebhaber ein großes Plus war. Eine besondere Erwähnung verdient die Besitzerin Erika. Sie ist äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und findet genau das richtige Gleichgewicht zwischen Aufmerksamkeit und Diskretion. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einer Flasche Wein und Erfrischungen empfangen. Sie sorgt dafür, dass man sich sofort wie zu Hause fühlt, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir reisten mit Hund und das Apartment ist super für Hunde, da der Garten des Apartments ideal dafür ist. Die Vielfalt im Garten begeisterte uns fast jeden Tag garniert mit einem fantastischen Blick auf die Berge. Der Name des Apartments " Garden Relax " kann man hier wirklich wörtlich nehmen. Zwei Terrassen zur privaten Nutzung, mit Loungesofa, Essbereich, Sonnenschirmen und nicht zu vergessen die Infrarotsauna. Sogar Bademäntel und Hausschuhe liegen für Sie bereit. Wunderschöne Aussicht. Sehr freundlicher und einladender Empfang. Die Vermieter, Erika & Roman, haben wir als weltoffene, hilfsbereite und kommunikative Menschen kennenzulernen dürfen. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung entspricht voll und ganz der Anzeige. Uns hat besonders die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die ruhige Lage und das herrliche Bergpanorama gefallen. Wir als Wanderer sind hier voll auf unsere Kosten gekommen.
