« The interior of our room was very clean. The automated entry system worked fine. The sound-proofing of the room was quite good, given that the hotel is on a pretty busy stretch of road. There was a fridge, but no sign of an ice machine anywhere. A microwave would have been nice since we brought back leftovers to have for breakfast. « The staff was either incompetent or rude. No one to help with bags. After asking to have the room cleaned and being told it would be cleaned in a few minutes; it still had not been cleaned 2and a half hours later. No full length mirrors anywhere. The safe was unreachable if you were short. Some of my friends rooms did not have hot water. My friend had a mani/pedi appointment. They took her 40 minutes late. She could only have one service. Wish I had saved the money and stayed at the Marriott. »

« Such a cute place! Right near a lot of things which makes it easy if you aren’t from the area. Owner responded immediately at any questions we may have had. Check in was so simple. Definitely going to stay again in the near future! »
