"The building was located in a neighborhood. However, the interior made up for its location. Beautifully themed rooms (1 bedroom/1bath apartment style) with common game room area, washer/dryer (coins), vending machines with the essentials. Room was very clean, as advertised, and bed was very comfy! The sleeper soafa was as comfortable as it could be. The only downfall was the parking. The 1st story of yhe building has an event center. "The amenties was in poor condition. It was not clean, the rugs dirty, floor also looked like it was not mopped The TV service was not working most of the time. Porch light was not working and the stove was in poor condition. Oven was nasty and top of stove was not working well. Couch bad condition it was sunken as well as the bed.It needs work done as well as new person to clean that place. "
