"We stayed in Feb for 2 nights. The hotel was about 25min by car to pattaya city so it was more peaceful with a cute beach and a small busy area. The pool and roof top was nice and the breakfast was good too. "Recommend cabin 105 which is upstairs with its outside seatings with own balcony. Downstairs room can be noisy. The place is in a very small property without any facilities except a swimming pool. Breakfast is okay. The place does not have its own generator. I experienced two blackouts in one day and had to stay in the dark during the very warm day. The night staff did not bother to come and check if guests need flashlights or candle. But the daytime manager, Pond, is helpful and accommodating. "

"The villa sits on the hill side. The view of construction area from balcony is not nice. This resort is right on Sukhumvit rd. after the intersection lights so becareful if you drive. To check in, You have to contact the Rimpu Hill coffee shop that is also the resort office. There is a parking dirt lot near the villa area. The villa is not small for 3 people. plenty space cloth storage but only couple hangers. Dusty bed headboard only fridge and cabled tv, no microwave or kitchenary. shower...

"The property is a 10/10 with beautiful views of the ocean. The beach is a bit dirty with plastic and seweed on the beach. The staff are amazing and friendly. The food is great but limited options s for a longer stay. We stayed 5 days. The surface at the pool was a bit weird. They never came around to see if you wanted anything. When you went to the bar they made you feel bad for coming to the bar and said go back to your seat and we will bring it to you. Overall, the really beautiful and I would recommend it"
