L'endroit est confortable et le personnel accueillant. C'est un endroit dans le milieu de tout ce qu'il y a à faire dans le coin de Cocoa et Cap Canaveral. Il y a beaucoup de villes où on peut faire trouver de bons restaurants locaux, non pas que des chaînes, bien qu'elles sont présentes. C'est près du Kennedy Space Center, de Cocoa Beach et de plein d'autres activités variées à faire.
