"Wonderful hotel in gorgeous hillside setting surrounded by vineyards just above the lovely town of Sasbachwalden. Booked hotel to be near Baden-Baden, but really didn't want to leave. The town has wonderful restaurants for dinners and the hotel breakfast was perfect. The enclosed pool is sparkling clean and looks over vineyards. There are showers and a sauna as well. The hotel is absolutley charming and the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in .... and that is saying a lot coming from the queen...

"Wonderful find. In Black Forest area of Germany and just across the French border near Strausburg and Alsace wine route. We couldn't find a room in France and found this hotel on hotels.com. Would recommend anyone going to either of those places to stay here. The region is beautiful, German rooms tend to be larger, balconies and good food. Many nice restaurants in the town and Baden-Baden which is beautiful is less than an hour away. The owner was a lovely woman who couldn't have been kinder to...
