Located in the immediate vicinity of the center of Sarzeau, where you can walk to numerous shops, supermarkets, and a large market every Thursday. This apartment offers a living room opening onto a balcony, a separate kitchen opening onto a balcony, a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 80x190cm), a toilet, and a shower room. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (2 x 80x190cm), the other with a double sofa bed (140x190cm), and a shower room with toilet. A double garage is located in the basement.  
  
End-of-stay cleaning included (excluding the kitchen area).  
  
Tourist tax: 5% of the nightly rate per adult occupant, up to €4.30 per person per night.

Hiking, kayaking, jet skiing, diving, golf, and many other activities will satisfy your desires for sports and adventure. Its superb beaches are ideal for swimming.  
The shops, boutiques, biscuit shops, bars, and restaurants offer a wide variety of local products. Stop by the Arzon thalassotherapy center for a treatment, or come discover the cultural heritage of the Rhuys Peninsula! Between woods and marshes, visit the medieval castle of Suscinio in Sarzeau or stop in the shade of the cloister walls of the Abbey of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, located 200 meters from the sea.
