This welcoming and modern house of 72 m² located in Sarzeau, has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a garden with a 25 m² terrace and garden furniture. You will have a barbecue to spend unforgettable moments with family or friends that could end in style thanks to the petanque court located at the end of the garden.
