Awesome listing
We had a great stay. The house was beautiful and the view was breathtaking. The house is well stocked with everything you need to cook and go to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Casa Cole
Casa Cole has an amazing view! The house worked great for our family of 6 with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space. The Zindis group was excellent at assisting our family with any question or need. Our only “complaint” is that there was no where to walk/run and no close hiking or walking paths. Overall we loved our stay!

We had an amazing trip to CR and The Top of the World Estate is a fabulous place to stay! This property holds the most breathtaking view that we’ve ever seen. Our party of 9 (we had the guesthouse too) enjoyed all of the adventures that CR has to offer during the day and we couldn’t wait to get back to enjoy the house in the evening. We cooked family suppers most nights and the house had all the supplies we needed for large, great meals. There was an abundance of pots, pans and cooking utensils. Heading to the beach, we had plenty of towels, umbrellas and chairs. The house manger was always available for every question we needed answered. We never ran out of bath towels and the pool always felt amazing. A sweet cleaning lady came and helped keep everything tidy. That was a true blessing for a house rental! The gifted bottles of wine, laundry detergent and extra toilet paper did not go unnoticed. We learned the term pura vida on our CR vacation!

Just book it!
This home and the views are even more breathtaking than the pictures!! The views when you enter the home and from almost every room are beyond amazing. We had 9 in our group and the home was perfect. It has everything you could possibly think of… beach chairs, umbrellas, yoga mats, pool towels, washer/dryer, and a fully stocked kitchen. The home is just a few minute ride to the beach and restaurants. Check in and out was easy and Edgar and Carmen were great making sure we had everything we needed. Book this home - it will be the highlight of your trip!!

Great family vacation

Zindis dropped the ball on our stay! NO support for things gone wrong. They're NOT doing their job!
The house is fabulous and in a stunning location. The experience in it was poor due to Zindis' lax management! There were 10 of us in our group. Our house manager told us we would have DAILY cleaning. 1. The 1st afternoon, we told the house manager that we were VERY low on laundry detergent. She said she would have the housekeeper take some the next day. 2. So, we left the door into the house from the garage unlocked, BUT she didn't show, so: • Garbage was accumulated, • The kitchen and bathrooms weren't clean or beds made, • there was no laundry detergent, • shampoo and conditioner were never replenished , and • the ice maker was NOT making ice—who ever heard of a tropical vacation without ice?!?! 3. With 10 people on a very active vacation, we needed all that regularly. Even though the housekeeper did not return, the manager took some detergent the 3rd day so we could at least wash pool towels. She called an appliance repair man who fixed the ice maker to some extent. We expected that, having not come the second day, the maid would surely come the 3rd. After a long, active outing, though, we returned to a 2nd day of no cleaning service. When we contacted Zindis’ house manager, she called the housekeeper, then told us she had the week of Santa Semana off. She offered NO further explanation, apology, or suggestion that other cleaning would be arranged, despite telling us we would have daily cleaning. Finally, the last 2 days (even Easter), the housekeeper arrived and attempted to clean. The shocks are that: • if the housekeeper or the owners had told Zindis she was planning on taking the week off, Zindis did NOTHING for alternative cleaning yet told us it would be daily, • when we told them she did not arrive the 2nd day, there was NO apparent effort to have the house cleaned the next day. • In fact, when she continued not to arrive, the “manager” finally told us that “the maid is a gift from the owners, usually has a cost of $35 per cleaning but since is Easter week, unfortunately they give her the weekend off.” We had arrived on Tuesday, so the next days were clearly NOT “the weekend” yet we received NO cleaning on them! NOR was there ANY mention from Zindis that there would be no cleaning services either of those 2 days • The only door that worked to the pool is off the track & difficult! Between that & the ice maker, it is CLEAR that Zindis is NOT examining the house for ongoing maintenance and repairs. nor giving owners their $ worth.

Great place and location
We really enjoyed our time at Casa Cole. It was everything we hoped for. The location is great, super close to Playa Hermosa and Playa Penca and a quick drive to Coco for more restaurant choices. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful 14 days
Totally enjoyed our stay. Infinity pool with views. Interior rooms are very nice. Quite windy “on the top of the hill” On Costa Rican beaches one can snorkel but there really isn’t anything to see. Just enjoy long walks and swimming on the beaches.

Paradise in Playa Hermosa
This place was wonderful! Zindis was extremely easy to work with and extremely friendly and helpful during the entire process. The house was even better than the pictures, it is well-maintained and very clean. We had 5 adults and 4 kids with plenty of space and privacy. The pool was the kids' favorite part! Getting to and from beaches or restaurants was super easy, maybe 5 min via car. Edgar was a very gracious host and was very available. I would highly recommend this come and the Zindis group. They really went over the top to make our trip spectatular.

This property is amazing. It has breath taking views of Sunrise and Ocean. Staff was amazing.

Fabulous stay!!
Nothing can beat the view from this property! Spent a lot of time by pool reading and relaxing day and night! From check in to check out the House manager was amazing- Edgar. We were a little early and they were still cleaning but let us relax by the pool while they finished up. Location was convenient to markets and beach, it did have a hill to go up to get to the great view but not near as bad as a few family members we visited in other areas. Would definitely recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at this special property. There was plenty of space to spread out, inside and out for adults and teens. Playa Hermosa is a lovely little community with just about everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We had a few issues during our stay but Edgar, with Zindis group, was very responsive. Other reviews have elaborated on the view, and rightfully so. It is absolutely the most impressive and amazing feature of this property!

Excellent property but beware of Property mgt company and Pure Spa
The property/ house was amazing. The websites can’t capture how beautiful it is and better stocked with supplies towels (person use, pool and beach), beach chairs, appliances, etc. than anywhere I have ever stayed. But beware of Pure Spa, recommended by Zindis, property mgmt, charged a no show fee to me because one of person on our group cancelled and was not going to tell me. When I asked why the massages were $200 each….. and I pushed for details on the bill…. That is when I was told the cancellation fee info was on their website. We booked it with Zindis over What’s App, never even knew they had a website. Not Covid precautions were used during the massage and the ladies did not speak very good English. And by the way, massages on the beach were $20 and just as relaxing. Using WhatsApp was a problem because everything can’t be shared…. Prices on Covid testing and Other excursions got confusing also. Four days after the massage, One of my party tested positive for Covid…. Overall, Zindis group was not much help on how to handle a positive Covid test….. they did come back with another beautiful house we could rent for another week …..again all via What’s App but no help or assistance with understanding the Costa Rican govt regs and to deal with that. However, by then we had already secured a place closer to the beach. Another week in Costa Rica even quarantined was not bad with private balcony and beach nearby

The property is situated on top of a hill overlooking the Pacific. The view is the star of the show, and makes it a relaxing place to be. The house is fully stocked with everything but food, and you can pick that up at several stores within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our time here -

The View is Everything
We reserved this home based on the online photos, but you are often wondering if the photos are taken from just the right angle to look great, but it will look different when you arrive. The photos simply don’t do the view justice. Every morning when I stepped out of the master, I turned and stared out at this huge magnificent view out of the back of the home. It was just amazing. The home was nice, well equipped, no issue there. Seven of us stayed at the home (me and my wife, our kids, her parents and my mother) and everyone was very comfortable in the space. The Casita was rented during our stay, and while it was close, it was far enough that I’m sure both families felt they had their own space. We would absolutely rent this home again, and would likely rent the Casita as well and bring additional friends and family. Miss the place already.

Wonderful place to enjoy pura vida!
This home exceeded our expectations! The view is better even than the photos and the layout works extremely well for two families to spread out. It's not too far to the actual beach (Playa Hermosa) and a short drive to Coco. The house manager was very responsive (we had a few hiccups with appliances) and helpful. Loved having the washer/dryer and grill plus all the extras were there too (spices, blender, yoga mat, pool towels, etc). The view never gets old - you can sit there all day and just enjoy pura vida!

You couldn't get a better view! We rented the whole property to accommodate seven couples. The house is so well equipped right down to yoga mats. Edgar the house manager was wonderful, so attentive in even helping find tables to our chefs dinner at the house. Ian the concierge helped set up a great catamaran trip. I would definitely return.

I really can’t say enough good things about this property. The house is somehow even nicer than what is displayed in the pictures, and we could never get enough of the views. Our house manager, Edgar, was fantastic and was extremely helpful with making sure we had everything we needed and then some. Be aware that you’ll need to drive up a steep incline to access this house, and the incline can get a little treacherous in the rain. We had an automatic 4x4 and a manual mouse car for our party and the mouse car did get stuck at the bottom of the hill on a rainy night or two (watched by security guards all night, which was super nice). So I do recommend renting a car with a little get-up-and-go to reach those amazing views!

Spectacular House
The pictures don't do this place justice. The views are STUNNING. & the house is also spacious, clean and nice. I came with my family (7 adults) and we felt like we had plenty of space. We spent a lot of our time by the pool or sitting inside by the big window if it was raining. The kitchen was well stocked - the grill wasn't the best but we managed to get it working. We ran into an issue with the safe on the first day and the property management team was out right away. Would 100% stay here again!

The most breathtaking view!
My family and I stayed here for one week. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The house was absolutely perfect and we did not want to leave. It was very clean and comfortably fit all 7 of us with a room to spare. The views from this house are incredible and we loved enjoying them from the infinity pool. This is an absolutely wonderful property and location. We had an awesome time. The house is very well equipped and in good repair - plenty of space. We had everything we needed - really didn't have to leave the house with the view and pool, but of course we explored. There are tons of activities close to the house - short drives. Edgar was very helpful in every way - from telling us the best tours and sites, to fixing the grill, to meeting us at 5:45 the morning of departure. We really couldn't have asked for a better vacation. We are sold on Costa Rica, as well. We've traveled a good bit and this may be our favorite.

We could not have been more thrilled with this home, it’s view, and amenities. It was seamless to check in and a joy to be there. One of the air conditioners had a little problem and instantly someone was called in and it was fixed. The management company was responsive and charming and helpful. We are already discussing when we can return to this property. Every morning that view never disappointed and we were here for an entire month. If you want complete relaxation and peace far from cars and traffic this is the place to go. The water is naturally warm and you could stay in the pool for hours with no discomfort. Property is beautifully landscaped and we enjoyed every moment here. Can’t recommend enough.

A great place to gather with friends sitting on top of a beautiful amazing ocean view. We found excellent restaurants, and also enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen. The delightful pool was a daily refresher.

A wonderful place to stay
This home is the most beautiful place we had stayed at in our last five trips to CR. Casa Cole is on top of a mountain and has a breathtaking view of the ocean. You feel like on top of the world. It was our favourite place to go back to during our vacation. Property is spacious for a large company. We had 6 adults and 4 kids (2-11y.o) and loved the property, especially the pool. Every room has a very unique style. The house is beautifully decorated and has a convenient lay out. Great internet all through the property and smarttv in the living room. The kitchen is amazing; it is stuffed with everything one may need and more. Property is well maintained, very clean rooms, furniture in great condition, landscape is beautiful. Check-in was easy, we met with a lovely property manager Milena and were taken to the house. The house is gated and has a spacious driveway. The neighbourhood is very safe and beautiful to stay at. In addition, there is a very helpful conscierge at the entrance to the neighbourhood. Grocery nearby, bars and restaurants are close. Beautiful secluded beach with a white sand is close by. Many other beaches are also close by. We absolutely loved this property and look forward to going back.

Amazing home and experience!
Casa Cole was amazing! We had two families stay together there - 4 adults and 4 kids - and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home was extremely well stocked and had everything we needed and more. The outdoor area was amazing - we spend every morning and evening out poolside, enjoying the sunrises and sunsets. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious location to stay at Casa Cole.

Beautiful spot. View like no other.
Our family of 6 visited Casa Cole. One of the most spectacular spots we’ve ever been. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space, refreshing pool - but the view overlooking the pacific was absolutely stunning. It just never got old sitting on the deck admiring the beautiful coast line. Wonderful stay, location, and hospitality.

Our party of 8 LOVED this house! At times we had up to 12 people here having dinner and there was plenty of space. We truly loved the view each morning, the layout was perfect (open floor plan), and the service of Zindis was top notch. We even had monkeys in our trees in the back yard. Seriously, just an incredible location and the pictures DO NOT do the views justice. Be prepared to be blown away. We will be back for sure!
