"Overall it was a great place to stay. The room was clean and the breakfast was good. Only a few complaints: it didn’t seem that the staff monitored the pool area very often- there were no clean towels available and the next morning their were still dirty towels and garbage left over from the swimmers the night before. Also the cleaning crew was setting up for their daily cleaning carts however it was blocking the main hallway to breakfast and the check out desk- maybe just a poor design of the building? Maybe they could wait until the checkout time is past so those that are checking out are gone and there is less traffic."

"The hotel is conveniently close to the Interstate and provided a comfortable room that was just what we needed. When we checked in, there wasn't anyone at the front desk and it took a long time for someone to arrive. This was an irritant because we were late arriving and had to change and get to a dinner meeting. However, aside from that, everything was great. The front desk person at check out was extremely helpful and made up for the problem at checkin."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. We walked about 10 mins to a Market for food that was exceptional!! And well worth the walk! There was a swing bridge to walk over the creek nearby, such a sweet spot! The Hyatt could be working with them for partnered discounts."
