Clean room and helpful staff. The room was quite small, but I suppose that comes with the territory in old European city centres. That’s understandable, although visitors from North America may find the room size a little challenging.

The shuttle service that is free on Expedia is not free. 15 Bosnian Marks per person one way and our cab was 15 Bosnian marks total (not rush hour, 24 during rush hour). I would suggest Expedia change their amenities list as the free shuttle was one of the reasons we picked the hotel. The wifi was good and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location - < 10min to the old city.
