We chose this hotel because it was close to a train station and another site we wanted to visit but it may not be the best location if you want to be in central Sapporo. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Larger than other hotels in Japan. Comfortable beds.

Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Sapporo
Beautiful, new hotel with a very spacious bedroom. Great amenities. The only downside is that they don't allow tattooed persons to bathe in the Onsen. Still, would highly recommend.
