Hayal Kırıklığı

Otelin yüksek puanı ve konumunu dikkate alıp rezervasyonumuzu yapmıştık. Gün içerisinde oteli arayıp geç giriş yapacağımızı bildirip gün boyu gezip geldikten sonra otele gece giriş yaptık. Yetkili arkadaş anahtarı teslim edip hemen ortadan kayboldu. Duş almak istediğimizde otelde el havlusu dahil olmak üzere hiçbir havlu olmadığını farkettik. Yetkili arkadaşı aradığımızda havluların kuru temizlemede olduğunu ve bir gecikme yaşandığını ifade etti. Akıl almaz bir durum söz konusuydu. Giriş yaparken en azından bu konuda bir bilgi vermesi gerekirdi. Bir otelin böyle durumlar İçin yedek havlularının olmaması gerçekten ilginç. Sonra çocukların odasındaki yataklardaki nevresimlerin de olmadığını fark ettik, mevsim yaz olduğundan yatak üzerindeki pikeleri çarşaf niyetiyle kullanıp o sorunu çözdük. Ancak havlulardan hala haber yoktu. Sonra yetkili arkadaş kendi evinden kendi temiz havlularını bir çocuk vasıtasıyla gönderdi. Kendisinin gelmeye pek yüzü olmadığı İçin herhalde.Pandemi koşullarında otel havlusunu kullanıp kullanmamayı düşündüğümüz günlerde böyle bir çözüm! Sunulması akıl alır gibi değildi. Defalarca mesaj yazdıktan sonra gece 23.30 da otel havluları nemli bir şekilde geldi. Belki kendileri yıkayıp kurutabildikleri kadar kurutmuşlardı. Bizim yaşadığımız belki daha önce kimsenin başına bu otelde gelmemiş olabilir ancak güzel geçirdiğimiz bir günün gecesinde böyle yüksek bir puanı olan otelde bunları yaşayabileceğimizi hiç düşünmemiştik.

The smell of the apartment is really bad because of the sinks. amagine your room smell like Sewer and you can not remove it whatever you do. also the curtain is not covering the all window and that is not good for muslims family.
