"Location is unbeatable. Amenities are superior than most. Delicious breakfast. Greatly appreciated the washer and dryer access. Wi-Fi was not available in the room, which was a pain. And the room was extremely small. I had to use the smaller desk to open my suitcase."

The rooms were clean and well maintained and the breakfast buffet was delicious with a great selection of western and traditional Japanese options. The hotel offers complimentary drinks (non alcoholic) and light snacks in the afternoon into the evening- which was a nice gesture."

The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking, and the location was perfect—within easy walking distance of both Yokohama Chinatown and Motomachi. This was a special birthday trip for my elderly mother, and we were deeply touched when the staff member who escorted us to our room wished her a happy birthday. That thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable. The traditional Japanese breakfast was exceptional, with outstanding quality and attention to detail. What impressed us most was how well the entire hotel is maintained. It was clear that everyone—from the maintenance team to the hospitality staff—takes great pride in caring for this beautiful historic hotel. Thank you for making our stay so special. We would be delighted to return on our next visit to Yokohama."
