Das Hotel liegt schön ruhig. Vom Balkon hat man einen super Ausblick auf den Krater. Parpkplätze für einen Mietwagen sind ausreichend im Hof verfügbar. Kleinere Märkte zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Zimmer war immer sauber und der Room Service schnell und gründlich. Das gesamte Team war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es hat immer Spaß gemacht sich mit Vicky zu unterhalten und Sie hatte auch ein paar gute Tipps für uns. Sie ist ein sehr herzlicher Mensch. Man merkt, dass das Wohl der Gäste ihr sehr wichtig ist. Wir haben uns den ganzen Urlaub über gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Frühstück wird täglich aufs Zimmer gebracht. Wahnsinns Aussicht beim Frühstück auf den Krater.

My wife and I had an amazing stay at Neptune. Panagiotis is incredibly helpful and great to have in your corner. He helped us arrange a car, gave information about the island, and navigate a ferry cancellation. Breakfast on your balcony each morning is great. Would highly recommend

The best place to stay

Excellent hosts there. Could not fault anything. Helped us wherever possible. The place itself was beautiful with amazing views. Would recommend this place highly!

Sconsigluatissimo, assolutamente NO

Abbiamo pagato oltre 1000 euro per 2 notti, il panorama era un muro di cinta, non è per come pubblicizzato sulle foto della struttura, colazione pessima, portata in camera solo perché non esiste una zona x fare la colazione, il tutto freddo e striminzito, 1 yogurt per 2 persone, 1 omelette per 2, il resto tutto freddo preparato la sera prima. Personale con il sorriso di chi ti dà la fregatura, ogni nostra richiesta negata ma con il sorriso. Lontanissimo dal centro, ogni spostamento costa 35 euro, noleggiatevi un mezzo altrimenti vi costa eltri 200 euro al gg. Pulizia da far paura, nella doccia abbiamo trovato di tutto. Il panorama come da foto allegate. Non ci ritornerei.

Misleading, poor location, loud & switched hotels. Misleading - We wanted to enjoy staying here but felt very misled by the room's description. We booked the room under the pretense that our room would have a "plunge pool"- which is what the room description clearly stated. Upon arriving and seeing the room there no pool.. but rather a hot tub, which I don't understand how they classify as a "plunge pool" (or why anyone would even use a hot tub in Santorini when its 80+ degrees out). The property is very small too, so there wasn't even a community pool we could resort to using. Loud - In addition to feeling misled by the pool, we also slept terrible here. The hotel is very close to the main road and was rather loud early in the morning. Poor location - The location in proximity to everything was also less than ideal. Be prepared to drive 15+ mins or more to do anything. At the end of the day, we ended up switching hotels and Neptune did nothing for the 3 additional nights we had left there. If we had've had a pool, we probably would have stayed. If you book something here, just be sure you understand what you're receiving in advance. While we did not feel this resort was "luxury", I do think it was a good value for what was provided comparatively. However, if you're looking for luxury, stay at one of the Andronis locations.

The girl in the front desk will do anything to please you. Even though the reception closes at nights she will answer her own cell phone just to make sure you are taken care. I am giving this hotel an excellent rating just because of her service!

Beautiful views and wonderful staff.

Our party had three of the eight rooms at this hotel. They were beautifully appointed and spacious. The views from our patios were to the sea and overlooked our private pool with comfy chaises and a table at which we enjoyed our breakfasts delivered daily. The staff was exceptional and responded to our every need. George, in particular, at the front desk went above and beyond on several occasions. Highly recommended, we would be happy to return again.

Amazing view of the caldera would highly recommend this hotel if your staying with special someone:) private plunge pool on the balacony is amazing great tanning spot.... tasty breakfast super clean room with sauna/shower. Staff are super nice and very helpful... George provide recommendations of restaurant which were all great!

I usually don't write reviews after I been to a hotel because I'm not that picky or have been to a hotels that gives me bad experience. This hotel we been staying for a few nights and I booked a hotel that is far away from city because we want to avoid all the noise and crowd. But at the end it was Very noisy with all the cars and trucks, because our room was next to the road and also where everyone that walk past could see our balcony. So there was no privacy at all. Don't recommend this room at all, and you could also see other balcony without privacy either because it's to close to the other rooms. In santorini we expected more of a relaxing holiday and to celebrate my gf birthday and anniversary.. but it ended very noisy and a lot of cars and big trucks pass by. It felt like sitting next to a road that everyone that walk or drive past was looking at you.

Just OK..

Perhaps we were expecting too much but this hotel wasn’t anything special. It’s on a main road which means you can hear the cars and in our room see them from the side of our balcony, the amenities are alright, nothing fancy or super luxurious but not terrible. The hotel staff were nice. However, when we first got to our room we were very upset that we were right next to the road. We voiced our concerns and they were very much shrugged off. They made no attempt to make us feel better about the situation, find us a new room, etc. We left feeling okay with the experience despite the underwhelming feeling of the entire hotel and our displeasement with the room location because the view is beautiful and the breakfast served each morning on the balcony was wonderful. We enjoyed having the private plunge pool as well but know you can find this at many other hotels for a similar price that may offer a more romantic, secluded, and luxury experience.

Le personnel est vraiment au petit soin. Dès la reception on vous accueil chaleureusement, on nous à donné pleins de petites adresses et activités à faire. Pour la location de quad ou voitures ils s'occupent de tout. On nous a même offert 2 fois des verres de Vins blanc. La destination était magnifiquement et l'hotel également. Je le recommande mille fois !

Wonderful Experience

Amazing hotel, rooms were really comfortable and beautiful. Our private pool overlooking the caldera was one of our favorite parts of our trip for sure. The staff were all lovely and super accommodating, and breakfast being served on our balcony for us was a great surprise. Room service food was great overall, and would definitely come back next time we come back to Santorini!
