Amazing atmosphere, beautiful decorations, and everything functional. The ONLY problem that I had with this apartment was trying to find the location. We arrived late after a flight with two infants. Yeimy Flores provided us the wrong address as well as no phone number stating we have to contact vrbo directly. We had to contact customer service and they provided us the address at1 am. Yeimy was no where to be found. To make matters worse when we checked out not 1 hour later Yeimy send videos of the house cleaning lady saying how disgusting it was to empty out a bathroom trash bin and that she can see i had my menstraul cycle and that i should be ashamed that i left period pads in the trash bin. If i did not pay 100 she would reoprt couch damagebto Vrbo. I felt Yeimy is trying to get dollar any means possible. My family was no where near the couch as my infants are not allowed near a balcony with no lock as Yeimy house is designed. She was not present to give us the apartment and therefore did not even see the couch which was already damaged.
