The person who receives you and who you ask about the things you need or if something is in the place is very nasty(the light went out and they did not want to turn on the power plant and I had to get angry because it was very hot). The place is safe and I thank God for the young Milagros who apologized for the inconvenience and was very kind when we needed something. Manager Christofe and staff extremely helpful with varius queries. They are a new aparthotel and very keen to build a reputation. Breakfast is delivered to your door at your chosen time each morning. WiFi signal very strong allowing streaming. Very secure with outer door only opened by secuity swipe tag then manned reception. We ended up staying 1 night out of the 9 we booked, don't recommend it, parking and breakfast were supposed to be included and they didn't have either.
