The front doesn't look like much but thr pool and space at the rear is stunning.

Smells bad and not 4 stars
The hotel looks like a retirement house. A bit old from outside and worse inside. The room had a strong smell of cigarettes, though I had non smoking room. The same smell was coming out from air-con. Sleeping was OK. No safe. Breakfast had some options. NO traditional pastries such as pastel De nata. The pool was big and nice. That's probably the nicest thing about the hotel. As 4 star hotel it had no slippers, no robe, no safe, no toothbrush or body lotion. I would say it should be 2-3 stars.

Great hotel in an odd location.
A really nice hotel, located in a very odd area for this style of hotel. Heavily industrial with few touristy type attractions and limited eating places around. Just over the road is the biggest fire station you've ever seen, which is concerning and reassuring at the same time. Excellent facilities, good room, very good restaurant, easy check in and check out. Pleasant and helpful staff.

Great hotel, but the area around it looks a bit "industrial" We only needed a place to sleep before continuing on our road trip, and VP fit the bill perfectly

Nice Hotel in an industrial zone
Nice room, pleasant staff, good buffet breakfast. Pool is big with plenty of loungers and shades. The area is an industrial zone of a small town a few miles from Sines, I wouldn't recommend this for a long stay if you don't have a car but it is very good as a base for exploring the region or a stop on a tour. One afternoon in the pool there was a smell of burnt heating oil from the factory next door which was unpleasant. That and a few chips in the bath enamel are the only negatives I can think of for this hotel.

We had a late check in to the property. The restaurant was almost closing but they still served us the amazing Portuguese dish, the Fish Cataplana, which was the best Cataplana dish we have ever had in Portugal, at a great price. Amazing, compliments to the chef! The hotel was just standard but nice and peaceful. The bathroom is a little outdated but the bed was very comfortable, I could have slept in this bed all day but we only stayed one day, as a stop off for our road trip to the Algarve. Would definitely stop off at this hotel again, very accommodating.

Served its purpose. Quick stop between the Algarve and Lisbon. Not sure who had the problem, but were not given the pool view we requested at booking. Double checked my Hotels.com records and the hotel showed me their reservation paperwork which did not indicate pool view. Hotel did offer to relocate but we were tired and declined. Hotels.com did offer consideration, but I would like to know who dropped the ball. The room was clean and comfortable. Front desk was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very good; hot and cold items and well serviced. Hotel is huge. Pool was big, but as it was December no additional thoughts. Parking was free and very handy. Did not use the restaurant other than breakfast. Hotel caters primarily to business, but was ideal for our needs.

Hotel modern by design, with eco crudentials
Great hotel placed in a convenient location for exploring Portugal's coastal areas. Hotel staff friendly and helpful, rooms clean as were the restaurant and public areas. More than ample parking, a car is essential.

The room is fairly nice and comfortable. There isnt really any places to eat around the area without a car so you may get stuck with the hotel restaurant, which is average at best. Breakfast is ok though. Nice quiet place if that's what you're looking for.

Clean purposeful hotel with first rate staff
Whilst the hotel is a little dated it has a pleasant feel and meets all normal requirements. Gives the feeling of a 1960s Californian Motel as a building/architecture and is built around a very pleasant pool protected from wind and with plenty of sun loungers. The bar interior has been recently updated and provides an enjoyable setting, although some of the choice of background music was a little irritating. The room interiors are a little dated, but more than adequate and comfortable. Exceptionally clean throughout the hotel. The staff are first rate, caring, interested and very well trained providing first rate service that many major 5 star hotels do not consistently match. The restaurant services well cooked simple food, with good service. The bar does one of the best Gin and Tonics money can buy, served with Juniper berries. Overall a good hotel with high levels of service and cleanliness.

1º - À chegada foi-me atribuido um quarto - 204 - com um cheiro péssimo, cheiro a roupa usada e não lavada. Reclamei na recepção e foi substituido pelo 202, que, não cheirando tão mal, também não cheirava a limpeza. 2º - Tinha reservado 2 quartos para 2 noites com nomes diferentes e dei o meu cartão de crédito como garantia de pagamento. Qual não foi o meu espanto quando vim a verificar que no dia do check-in procederam de imediato ao pagamento antecipado das 2 noites ao dito cartão. Nunca tal tinha visto!!! 3º - Para 4 estrelas o hotel está a precisar de ser renovado sobretudo a nível das casas de banho. A imagem no site não corresponde à qualidade

Hotel ist nicht in Santiago do Cecam sondern sehr weit dort wo nur eine grosse Einkaufszentrum hat aber keine richtige Restaurants.Hotelanlage ist schön aber nicht in schöne Umgebung.Frühstück nicht besonders.Zimmer gut und sauber.Teil von Personal sprechen sehr schlecht englisch und sind nicht gerade die motivierste Mitarbeiter/innen.
