The food was great the customer service and hospitality was really nice loved the ambiance the pools playground for the kids and beautiful views of the river overall a great stay would stay here again when I return thank you all

Excellent staff service, beautiful place, clean and people at the hotel is so kind, I'm planning to come back, really good experience. My suggestion for the hotel could be a little bit of attention to the rooms, mine seemed to be missing paint and maintenance.

I’m sure this place was great 20 years ago but nothing stays the same forever. Whoever takes their photos deserves an award, and I’ll be sure to look for them once I need to find a wedding photographer. There was 1 other couple there in the ENTIRE hotel, and we both ended up checking out early because of the lack of atmosphere. Breakfast was good but drinks were overpriced, and calling old tennis and billiards tables a game room is a stretch. And 6 of the 7 pools are really just 3 pools with a small wall “dividing” them. All the workers were great and super welcoming, but that doesn’t come close to making up for everything else.

This place was extremely dirty and not well kept. As soon as I walked in the bathroom light bulb was out, the shower door broke and I seen how dirty the toilet and refrigerator was. The only thing saving this place are the amenities and how nice the staff is. The breakfast was great. I would never go back and it’s sad because this place has so much potential.

Beautiful Place with Very Good Service
Beautiful resort area with nice scenery. Helpful staff, mostly Spanish speaking. It's located in the forest, so expect to see insects and your occasional lizard, one of which made its way into my room. I arrived during a rainstorm, so a large and very noise water pump was being used to reroute some water, so that was disturbing for a few hours. The staff was helpful with recommendations and useful information, especially Francesca and Dahiana. They go above and beyond their normal duty.

Noisy and not well maintained property.
Was just ok. The facility needs some work and the common areas are old and not well maintained including the pools, seating areas, playgrounds, basketball court, pinpong, etc. We also noticed they spill water from the pool to the river directly and that is not nice. We went there for a quiet vacation but they allow people to access the facility for only $4.00 per person all day on Sundays and that was very crowded and noisy. The room was clean and ok, but the bathroom was old and small.

Greetings, thank you for staying with us! Your comment will be of great help to continue improving. But something to clarify is that we are a mountain hotel and we offer day trips where clients have access to common areas, our establishment is always in excellent cleanliness. obviously pools must drain somewhere... although pool water comes from a spring and keeps flowing (goes in and out) it is not contaminated water. The property is older but fairly well maintained, although the other couple with us had issues with the air conditioning. The environment is the best part as the resort sit on both sides of the river and has multiple pools for swimming. Food at the restuarant was great.

No tenemos necesidad de tener en cada esquina del hotel un guardián para hacer sentir a nuestros visitantes que el lugar es tan inseguro como para que quien nos visita deba percibir tantas miradas. Nos regimos por nuestro sistema de seguridad que ha implementado el ministerio de turismo para las medidas de lugar con el tema que usted menciona. Lamentamos no llenar sus expectativas y al contrario de la gran mayoría que toman su tiempo y espacio en deleitarse con la naturaleza y atenciones que nosotros brindamos a nuestros clientes usted no se permitirá recibir al permanecer 10 minutos en el lugar. I stayed for one day and it did it's purpose. It is probably the best place to stay at jarabacoa. There are a lot of excursions near by. The staff was friendly, The place was clean and safe, and the free breakfast was very good. I did not try the the other food which they sell; On the down side, the pool was a bit too cold and the place seemed to be a bit outdated.

This property's picture make it look like there is more to do here than there is. It is a nice property and back in it's hay day was a lovely place. This place is more for DR families to get away for the day and is it not catered to tourists. Make sure to brush up or practice your english before going here as no one speaks any English. Some people were rude due to the language barrier which made the experience less pleasant no matter how nice you are. If you need to stay a day or two in Jarabacoa I think this place should be fine. The manager was a very nice and greets each new guest by the river which is super cool.

The area was beautiful but i didnt like that it looks run down the bathrooms need yo be redone. There was a leek in the bathroom sink and the shower was small and closterfobik. The handle of the shower came off as i opened the water to dhower. The place need cleaning and restoration.

This hotel was in beautiful surroundings with pools and a restaurant with a view over the river. The rooms were simple but clean. We came here as a family after an Airbnb we rented did not work out. Our 4 yr old enjoyed the playgrounds and pool, our teenagers enjoyed the music, basketball court, ping pong and pool tables. Staff was very nice and helpful!
