If you are looking for a home away from home with all the accommodations look no further. We stayed for a week and would have loved to stay longer. Very clean and beautiful property. The beach was beautiful and the area is a hidden gem and now one of our favorite places along the Florida coast.

Wonderful place to stay
This condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of room. We had 5 adults (two couples and my mom) and all had our own bathrooms and bedrooms. Easy beach access and the pool area was nice and clean. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again next year.

Great Condo!
I have never experienced such excellent communication from the moment we booked the condo until the day we left. The digital guidebook provided information about the condo and the area making it a stress free vacation. The condo is beautiful, well stocked, clean and just a few steps away from the beach. Sensational Beach Condo!!!
The cleanest and best smelling condo. Upon entering you can smell the freshness and not the damp smell of most condos. The balconies were so awesome that we spent much of our time out there! We have found our place to stay from now on! Will definitely keep coming The pool and beach were right there just steps away! Andree was a jewel to work with!!

Great spring break getaway.
Quiet location on Blue Mountain beach. Very nice complex and condo. Easy walk to the pool and beach. Not as crowded at this time of year which was nice. The pool was smaller than anticipated. Not a problem this stay, but during crowded summer months, not sure how well it would support the whole complex.

A GEM of a place on the white sand beaches of 30A.
Andreé was a top notch host and communicator! Our place was perfect for the needs of our group. The condo was a great spot to land for the week. The pool overlooks the beach and was a great option for the kids to alternate with the beach. The chair service was a great addition to our stay as well! We loved the ease of getting to local ice cream and bakery as well as being so close to other beach communities like seaside and rosemary for exploring shopping and restaurants. Hands down will return! What a memorable vacation!

Great location for easy pool/beach access
The kitchen lacks some useful items- the bunk beds in 3rd bedroom are not sturdy enough & don’t have a tv- no decent space in guest king bathroom for toiletries - no extra blankets or quilts for anyone that is cold natured

Peaceful, relaxing, and FUN!
Beautiful condo. We loved the spacious areas to have fun with family. We enjoyed time away from the beach on the condo patio and inside in open dining, kitchen, and couch area. The Security was excellent. We will be back !

Blue Mountain Beach
I've rented several beach condos and I believe Southern Hospitality is one of the most communicative companies ever. I didn't have any problems with the condo, so I didn't have to reach out. However, Andree reaches out frequently when you're getting settled to check on things, giving you an opportunity for immediate feedback. The condo is updated, the beds comfortable and the condo is very clean on arrival. There is attention to detail that doesn't exist elsewhere, i.e. plenty of individual charging stations around the beds, chocolates at bedside, etc. There are an outstanding amount of kitchen items and small appliances that are welcomed, including spices that are not outdated. The building itself is well maintained and feels very secure.
The only draw back about this room is there is no beach/water view. If you're booking this condo, you probably all ready know that.

Great property and spacious condo
We enjoyed our stay and thought pretty much everything about the property was great. The complex/building/parking was secure and monitored at all times. It is well taken care of from atrium to boardwalk to the beach itself. Andree’ was easy to communicate with and timely. We have a large family and enjoy playing board games and watching movies at night and the large sectional was perfect for that. The walk from room to beach/ocean is short however it does require 3 different doors that require codes to enter—I like this because it makes the area secure. The only surprises I had were the entrance into the parking garage has a semi-hidden keypad to the gate if you don’t know where it’s located. Someone had to show me that. And although the property itself is located directly on the beach, this condo doesn’t have an ocean view. I didn’t realize that. All in all, we would stay again as the positives vastly outnumber any negatives. We have stayed at several condos in this area over the last 15 years and my family (21, 17, 15, 13, 13) enjoyed this one the most.

Wonderful stay. Clean unit
The property is well located. The unit was as promised. Clean, everything in working order. Great shower pressure! Zero complaints. Since we travel here by plane it’s a bummer thsr beach towels are not included - so we had to go buy several. I’ve stayed at other units where beach towels were included. I suggest to the owner to include those as a convenience.
I hated the bed pillows. My wife loved them. Split decision on that one! 🤣

Perfect Family Beach Vacation
From start to finish, Andree' was a pleasure to work with. Sharing tons of great information about the condo and the area plus easy-to-follow instructions. The unit was spacious and clean and well-stocked for our large group. The building itself is tucked away with private beach access and the daily beach set-up of chairs and umbrella was wonderful...they even arranged a beach bonfire our last night. A highlight of the trip! We can't wait to come back next summer and have already booked our week!
