There were 7 of us (6 adults and 1 child), and the condo had plenty of room. The space was comfortable and clean, and the kitchen had all of the supplies we needed. We’ve stayed in this property several times without issue but something must have changed recently because it was very clear that they do not wish to have teenagers on the property. Even the adults in our group were shushed for playing cards just past 10pm one night. Unfortunately will have to look elsewhere for our next trip. ##### Elizabeth G. This condo was perfect for our family! The access to the beach, with the pool right there, was perfect for the ages of our children, and it was walkable to all best restaurants/places in Blue Mountain. There was room to spare! I do wish the deacription explained a little more about beach items. No need to bring tents, as they are not allowed. Blue Mountain is only a 4 story condo, the private beach is never too busy and in the evenings we get it all to ourselves most of the time. I was waiting for the check in email...it never came so I called real joy..he stayed on the phone with me until I signed the contract (guess I missed that part somehow) and then made sure we got in. There were little bottles of shampoo and such as well as toilet paper to get us started which was nice. The door code stopped working on day 2, but I called and they fixed it within minutes. Walking to the Blue Mountain Ice cream store is one of our fav past times. Beds were comfortable. Fridge was an awesome size! ##### Rachelle N.
