King / 2 Queen / 4 Twin Beds Pets Welcome Located in sunny Santa Rosa Beach just minutes from the beautiful 30A Gulf Beaches and Scenic Highway 30A, the private, gated community of Cypress Breeze Plantation, tucked off Hwy 393, is famous for its stunning, resort-style pool sure to impress and entertain everyone in your group. This is one of the largest residential community pools in the Emerald Coast, a 13,000+ sq ft lagoon-style pool with 12' cascading waterfalls. Fountains, grottoes, and a spacious sundeck make this much more than a swimming pool…it is a water wonderland! Open from 8am to 10pm daily all season long (not heated). Cypress Breeze Plantation is also known for its sprawling groves of Florida cypress trees, providing habitats for many species of Florida wildlife. This location is perfect for those who love an active lifestyle, and is a beautiful neighborhood for walking, bike rides, and cruising in the golf cart. This charming blue bungalow is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac, and holds the promise of that special place where vacation memories are made. Step inside and you will immediately be captivated by the soothing, earthy wood tones mixed with crisp whites and well-deserving beiges…a very relaxing palette of coastal color with pops of blues and greys. Natural light streams in from expansive windows and the mood is airy and fresh. You will feel like you are at home away from home. This 4-bedroom/2 bath home has a great vacation layout, with the 4th bedroom being the only part of the house on the second story...a perfect spot for kids to break off and hang out in this space featuring 4 twin beds and a TV. There is a sunroom stocked with games and a small futon, that provides some extra space and leads you to a spacious private patio, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening drinks and is surrounded by a fully fenced backyard. Your pets will love it as well. Charcoal grill for guest use available. The 2-car garage holds more surprises…4 beach cruiser bikes and a zippy 6-seater golf cart…included with your vacation! Golf carts are street legal here and getting around is fun and easy. From the front gates, there is a crosswalk and walking and biking path that takes you directly to the beach. Or load up the golf cart with 4 beach chairs and sand toys included and arrive at the beach in 3 minutes or less. The Ed Walline Public Beach Access is less than a mile away with parking, rest rooms and lifeguards on duty in peak season. Zipping down to the shops and restaurants at Gulf Place for a slice of local beach life will be an event in and of itself. Gulf Place includes shopping, dining & fun! The house was spacious and part of a great condominium complex. Easy access to the beach made our days perfect, and we loved being so close to restaurants and stores. Highly recommend! ##### Lais M.
