Walk to the Gulf and Beach Club, wander out for breakfast or dinner, then come home to your covered wraparound porch overlooking Cerulean Park. With two king bedrooms, a cozy hallway bunk nook and space for six, Unit 202 makes it easy to settle into beach days and time together.

Start the morning with coffee on the porch or breakfast at nearby Scratch Biscuit Kitchen. Head to the beach, cool off at the Beach Club, or make a splash at Camp WaterColor—six amenity wristbands are included with your stay. When you're ready to explore, stroll to Seaside for Airstream Row, shops around Central Square and dining favorites such as Bud & Alley's and Great Southern Café, about a 10–15-minute walk from the building.

Back at the condo, gather in the welcoming living area, enjoy a meal at home or unwind on the porch as the evening settles over the park. Two king bedrooms give families or two couples a comfortable retreat, while the separate twin-over-twin hallway bunk nook adds two sleeping spaces. Two full bathrooms, both remodeled in 2025, a full-size washer and dryer, elevator access and one reserved parking space make the everyday details easy.

Beach mornings, pool afternoons and dinner within walking distance—this is a WaterColor stay you can make your own.

Walking times are approximate and vary by route and pace; allow extra time from the unit. Dining, shopping and rentals are purchased separately. Community amenities are shared and subject to access rules and operating schedules.

Sleeping Arrangements and Bathrooms
- Primary Bedroom: King bed with an en-suite bathroom, bathtub and separate shower.
- Guest Bedroom: King bed with direct access to the second full bathroom, also accessible from the hallway, with a standalone shower.
- Hallway Bunk Nook: One twin-over-twin bunk with two sleeping spaces. The nook is not a third bedroom.

Both bathrooms were remodeled in 2025.

Enjoy WaterColor
Six wristbands are included for eligible WaterColor community amenities, including the Beach Club and Camp WaterColor. The Gulf-front Beach Club offers three pools, lounge areas and onsite dining, along with the community beach access used for this stay. Camp WaterColor adds a zero-entry pool, tower slide and lazy river, plus The Canteen for a snack or meal.

Explore the community's parks and paths, or arrange a paddleboarding experience through the BoatHouse Paddle Club. Community facilities are shared and subject to schedules, weather conditions and access rules. Dining, equipment rentals, lessons and other paid activities are separate from your stay.

Important Information
- Occupancy: Maximum six guests. The guest making the reservation must be at least 25 years old and stay at the property.
- Arrival and Departure: Check-in 4:30 PM; checkout 9:00 AM, Central Time.
- Your Wristbands: Six wristbands await you inside the condo in an envelope labeled with your name. Pickup and use begin at 4:30 PM Central on arrival day; bands deactivate at 10:00 AM Central on departure day. Condo checkout remains 9:00 AM, and amenity operating schedules apply.
- Parking: One reserved space in the lot on the east side of the building.
- Rental Agreement and Access: A rental agreement is sent after booking. A signed agreement and full payment are required before access instructions are released. Instructions are sent 24 hours before arrival once both requirements are complete.
- Beach Setup and Bikes: Beach chairs, umbrellas and bicycles are not included. Arrange rentals separately, subject to availability.
- Starter Supplies: Essential household items are provided as a starter supply; please plan for additional supplies during your stay.
- Pets and Smoking: Pets and smoking/vaping are not permitted. Service animals are accommodated in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Mail and Packages: Please do not ship mail or packages to the property; delivery cannot be guaranteed.
- Golf Carts: WaterColor's community rules do not permit golf-cart rentals for any condominium properties.
