Upon arrival we were greeted in the street and walked into the hotel, by a very friendly staff member.
We then discovered a very clean, very Italian styled, lots of cool marble, and cactus, a beautiful hotel. Rooms are cool with aircon.
As celebrating our first wedding anniversary they had thoughtfully decorated our room, with a personalised message, balloons, rose petals, a beautiful fresh bouquet and bottle of fizz in an ice bucket.
Beds were very comfy, and the quiet location gave a good nights sleep.
Shower and bathroom are clean and bright.

We travelled with our kids (3 & 1) and they were super friendly and patience with them. We used the pool in Palazzo Flora, also amazing, very unique and a great shelter in windy days.
