Welcome to this rustic finca! This small villa for 6 persons is located in the countryside in the interior of the island and offers an ideal place to relax and spend an unforgettable holiday.  
Welcome to this rustic villa in the countryside of the centre of Mallorca. It is the perfect space to relax and spend an unforgettable holiday!  
  
Surrounded by nature and with a large terrace, this charming house in Santa Maria offers the perfect outdoor space for a holiday with family or friends. Enjoy pleasant alfresco meals on the large furnished porch, organise barbecues in the outdoor area with a fixed barbecue and relax in the 6x3 metre chlorine pool with a depth of 1.60 metres, ideal for cooling off on sunny days. The terrace offers quiet corners with views of the rural surroundings, perfect to disconnect from the daily rhythm.  
  
The interior of the house combines rustic style with all modern comforts. Distributed over two floors, it has spacious common areas, such as a cosy living room with Smart TV, a separate dining room and a fully equipped gas kitchen with the necessary utensils to cook during your stay. The three bedrooms, all with fans, guarantee rest and comfort. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds and one of them has an en suite bathroom with bathtub. The third bedroom has a double bed. There are two more bathrooms, one with shower on the ground floor and one with bathtub on the first floor. If you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair will be provided. Finally, for your convenience there is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.  
  
Located in the charming village of Santa María del Camí, in the heart of Mallorca, this property allows you to enjoy authentic Mallorcan life. Known for its weekly market, tranquil atmosphere and traditional wine cellars, Santa Maria is the ideal starting point for exploring both the Tramuntana mountains and the beaches of the north and south of the island. Here you will live a relaxing and authentic experience, surrounded by history, local gastronomy and unforgettable landscapes.

#### Idyllische, geräumige Finca mit großem Garten

Wir haben uns trotz kühlem und wechselhaftem Wetter (Anfang April, wir waren die ersten Gäste dieses Jahr) in dem schönen, rustikalen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt - nicht zuletzt wegen der gut beheizbaren Holzöfen und der Radiatoren im ersten Stock (inclusive). Eine schöne Überraschung war der großzügige, sonnige Garten nach vorne, er ist auf den Bildern gar nicht abgebildet. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und kommt alle paar Tage vorbei um nach dem Rechten zu schauen und die Hühner zu füttern (gacker, gacker - wir fanden es schön!). Ganz herzliche Grüße an ihn! Santa Maria liegt optimal - man ist schnell in den Bergen oder auch im Süden, je nach Wetterlage konnten wir das gut nutzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen.
