Villa with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with a large pool, lots of privacy, barbecue, air conditioning, with capacity for a maximum of 10 people. Villa Santa María is a relaxing country estate, set in beautiful surroundings, offering a warm and welcoming oasis for up to 10 guests. It has five bedrooms, four bathrooms, a fantastic swimming pool, picturesque gardens and an excellent location on the outskirts of Santa María, within walking distance of the local shops, bars and restaurants, although some noise from the cars of the road can be heard. road. The perfectly presented finca has loads of traditional features with rustic charm and includes a separate guest house, high beamed ceilings, bright rooms, open fires and central heating, it is an ideal year round holiday choice for large families or groups.
