Ground floor with large terraces and garden area is very spacious with large living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, laundry. The terrace has a table with 6 chairs and 4 sun loungers, there are also at your disposal a table tennis table for children. The living room has a folding seat sofa with 2 armchairs and relax, with satellite television to view the timing of their country. In the dining room is a table and chairs for 6 people. The house is ideal for families with children and for older people with mobility problems even. Ground floor apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large living room with 2 leather sofas and 4 electric relaxation, table for 6, direct access to terrace with open porch of 10 meters with table and chairs for 6 people, kitchen. From the living room you access the second floor solarium with stunning views of the bay. Both apartments have air conditioning. It is an area where you can develop different activities: hiking, beach walks, horse riding, swimming. They can also emblematic places of the area as the famous Caves of Drach (Porto Cristo), Formentor, visits to wineries and vineyards. In Son Serra de Marina also find good restaurants such as the Lake where you can enjoy fresh fish, the Sun where you can eat some great pizzas and salads and the Sis Pins where you can enjoy tasty grilled meat. This is a ground-floor apartment (the upstairs is rented out or has the owner staying) which has everything you need. Three very adequate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living / dining area. There is also a big basement for washing, hanging out clothes etc and a perfectly amenable kitchen. The outside space is cool. The pool is lovely for a quick dip, it's great having drinks or dinner on the patio looking at the sea and there is a bit of play area for kids down the side of the house. We also loved the village. A great base for long, quiet coastal walks or exploring hidden coves if you have a car. And the bar at the marina for tapas, Sa Botigueta for essentials and a cheeky beer, Sis Pins for a nice dinner are all recommended. All that without mentioning the fact that Toni is a great host, so all in all we'd highly recommend this place. ##### danny k. The beach is wilder than in other parts of Mallorca which is a plus, as there are a fewer tourists. Antonio and his family are very welcoming and helpfull. Wir sind innerhalb von 2 Minuten am Strand gewesen, die Lage ist total toll. Der Ort ist ruhig und man kann sehr gut entspannen. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen! ##### Julia C. La terraza es grande, totalmente equipada, la piscina tiene un tamaño perfecto para disfrutarla. Por la noche corre un aire muy agradable. Y desayunar en la terraza viendo el mar un lujo. Un entorno tranquilo y sin aglomeraciones. La única pega es la playa, hay q andar unos 10 min y dependiendo del viento puede ser una una playa genial y limpia o llena de algas y nada acogedora. Eso sí, sin gente. En general hemos estado muy a gusto y nos hemos recorrido muchas calas de la isla. ##### virginia e. Alles war sauber und ordentlich. Traumhafter Blick von der Terasse auf das Meer. Mehrere Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr netter Kontakt mit dem Vermieter !!! Séjour de 11 nuits en septembre 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Jutta C. 11 juill. 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Ein wunderbarer Urlaub auf Mallorca Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub, Antonio hat uns begrüßt und uns alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung war ultrasauber, bequeme Betten und genug Handtücher und Wechselbettwäsche ( die wir nicht benötigten, da nur zu zweit ). In der Küche war alles vorhanden, die deutsche Kaffeemaschine müsste mal entkalkt werden ( sehr hartes Wasser ). TV super, Pool super. Die gnze Umgebung war sehr ruhig, nette Restaurants in Laufweite. Allerdings benötigt man schon ein Auto, um sich was anzuschauen. Manche Tage hat Antonio mit seiner Frau und Tochter in der darüberliegenden Wohnung gewohnt ( meist am Wochenende), hat uns aber nicht gestört, weil man nicht gemerkt hat, dass sie überhaupt da waren. Alles inallem kann ich nur 5 Sterne vergeben und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen. Ein besseres Haus mit Pool und mit der wunderbaren Ruhe habe ich noch nie gesehen. Séjour de 13 nuits en juin 2022 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Andreas K. 3 juin 2022 Points forts : Propreté #### Schöne Wohnung in ruhigem Ort Diese schöne Wohnung mit Pool befindet sich in dem ruhigen Ort Son Serra de Marina. Für uns als Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern ideal. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, die wir dann auch genutzt haben. Ein paar Basic-Lebensmittel wie Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker wären noch schön gewesen, aber wurden von uns besorgt und für die Nachmieter hinterlassen. Ohne Mietwagen geht es allerdings nicht, da der Ort schnell erkundet ist und der kleine, schöne Strand auch 1,5km entfernt ist. ##### Andreas K. Das Haus war sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Die Umgebung ist etwas ruhiger, weshalb man generell auf einen Mietwagen angewiesen ist, wenn man die Insel erkunden möchte. ##### Denis L. Wir haben gemeinsam mit meinen Eltern und unserem Baby 10 Tage in der Wohnung von Toni verbracht. Wir waren schon oft in Son Serra, aber diese Wohnung war mit Abstand die Schönste. Die Lage ist traumhaft, bei geöffnetem Fenster Hört man nachts das Meer rauschen und wenn man morgens die Terrasse betritt, genießt man einen wundervollen Ausblick. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit der Wohnung-man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Toni ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber, schon vor der Anreise lief die Kommunikation reibungslos. Er ist sehr darum bemüht einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und jederzeit erreichbar. Es war für uns rundum eine tolle Zeit und wir kommen gerne wieder:) ##### Madeleine S.
