Walk to the Railyard Arts District to browse boutiques and taste local culinary delights. In the evening, return home to the warm ambience of your own fireplace. \*\*\*Please note if travelling with a larger group, consider renting additional adjacent or one of the other 8 units at the complex - all units are now managed and maintained in-house with limited on-site staff, not through an off-site management company.\*\*\* LIVING AREA Relax in the Southwest-chic living area, furnished with a sleeper sofa, kiva fireplace, and a 50” flat-screen smart TV with Roku. The complimentary firewood is seasonal (Oct to April). The chimney flues are open during that time and then closed after the season. BED & BATH Located on the ground floor, this single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between a bedroom and a queen sofa bed in the living area. The bedroom is furnished with a plush king bed and a 42” smart TV with Roku. The en-suite bathroom is appointed with a tub/shower combination. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, local TV channels through satellite, Roku streaming, firewood, coffee, and a shared on-site laundry facility with an ice maker (free of charge) are provided. Unassigned parking is available for one vehicle in the on-site parking area (which also includes an accessible parking spot). There are two charging stations for electric vehicles (one universal station and one Tesla station) in the parking area.
