About this property

Santa Fe Condo at its best

  • This unit is located in the Alameda Condominiums in Santa Fe. The property offers a Fitness Facility, Outdoor Swimming Pool, Common areas and security. 90 DAY MINIMUM FOR BOOKINGS. Unit is on the third floor with Elevator access. Conveniently located near Cerrillos Rd, A main road in Santa Fe with several restaurants and businesses. Unit is 650 sqft and has all necessary amenities. Very secure with keypad code access into building. Unit is accessed from the interior of the complex. Secure parking.

    Upon arriving the building manager will schedule a move in orientation with you. There is a fee of $300 for this orientation. The manager will collect this fee from you.

This condo is ideally located for Sante Fe and the outlying areas. There is lots to do and both in town and in the county areas.

Cute Condo in a Great Building

David was honest with me that this was his first time managing this property, which is where I believe the hassle was with the check-in process, especially with COVID rules. You do have to do an orientation for stays of 30 days with the building manager. The pool and gym was closed due to COVID during our stay, but that is not something that is anyone's fault. The condo is scent-free, which is something my husband and I really appreciated. The building is wonderful and is in a convenient area close to grocery stores, restaurants, and other miscellaneous shopping. A nice kitchen with plenty of space and kitchen equipment essentials. It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit as well. The unit itself is very pretty and well decorated. Gas grills by the pool area are still available for use. The view of the mountains cannot be beat! A very quiet condo with respectful neighbors!
