When there was a smoke alarm problem, the owner responded quickly and after initially taking care of the noise annoyance, the offending alarm was fixed the next day.We enjoyed the spacious and private back yard for outdoor cooking and dinners.The front yard landscaping needs some attention and the back yard beyond the patio needs some ant control.Overall, it was a very good experience. ##### Steve R.
